About Saigon Paris Bistro

Saigon Paris Bistro is a vietnamese in Fort Myers, Florida. It is listed at 12995 S Cleveland Ave Ste 118, Fort Myers, FL 33907, which places it among the local businesses of Fort Myers that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as french restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Fort Myers, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Florida run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 1 day a week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–8:30 PM. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Saigon Paris Bistro at (239) 936-2233; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, saigonparisbistrofl.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 507 reviews, which is a strong result for a vietnamese in Fort Myers and suggests consistent service.

Fort Myers is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Myers follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great place! Food was awesome! We got Pho. This place has a variety of options between Vietnamese and French Cuisine. We plan to come back to try the French side of the menu. During our visit they had 1 server and 1 cook so the food service was just over 45mins. The place was very busy. It was worth the wait! The location decor is dated and could use a face-lift. Our server was great! He was handling 9 tables at once. If your in the area the food makes this a place to check out!

I had the beef pho here today and it was outstanding. Easily some of the best pho I have ever had. The broth tasted genuinely homemade, rich and balanced, the vegetables were very fresh, and the beef was excellent quality and cooked perfectly. They were clearly short staffed and very busy during lunch, but that honestly made the experience even more impressive. Despite things being less than ideal operationally, the service never felt rushed or careless. Our waiter was friendly, accommodating, and professional. You could tell he was experienced and knew how to keep things running smoothly under pressure. I love discovering a restaurant on a day when things are not perfect, yet the food and the people still shine. That is when you know it is the real thing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was exceptional, and the service made us feel genuinely taken care of. I cannot recommend Saigon Paris Bistro highly enough. I will absolutely be back

Best kept secret for Pho! Mr Lee and his team cooks it right! May take a bit to receive your food, but it is DONE RIGHT! My go to is the 5 spice chicken and Siagon Trio! The special beef Pho is what my husband always gets!!! Photos are of Special Beef Pho and Filet Oscar style

Loved this place! Nice outdoor seating on the patio! Linen tablecloths and napkins!❤️ Very nice servers and knowledgeable! Saigon Paris Bistro has an extensive menu! There’s vegetarian options, too! We tried the veggie spring rolls which had a very tasty sauce! The rolls and salads were very fresh! Crusty rolls and various greens in the salad! My daughter had the curry tofu with very fresh vegetables! My husband and I split almond crusted grouper with mashed potatoes and a vegetable mixture of broccoli, green beans and zucchini! I would highly recommend this restaurant! It was well worth the money! One of my favorites! Great place to go on a date!!!❤️

We found this place by accident while we were in the area looking for a new place to eat. What a hidden gem. Food was phenomenal and taste exceeded expectations. We had escargot, curry chicken, and spicy seafood fried rice. Can’t wait to go back and try the dinner menu five stars across the board.
